Sarda Energy & Minerals Ltd Announces Management Updates: New Company Incorporation, Acquisition, and Executive Director Appointment

Sarda Energy & Minerals Ltd has announced several management updates in its meeting held on 3rd April 2026. The company has approved the incorporation of a new company with Chhatisgarh Investment Ltd for real estate development, with an estimated investment of ₹ 25 crore. Sarda Energy Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary, will acquire a majority stake in Adishankar Khuitam Power Pvt. Ltd, a hydro power company with a 66 MW hydro power plant in Arunachal Pradesh, for ₹ 25 crores. The company has also appointed Mr. Partha Sarthi Dutta Gupta as Executive Director – Power & Corporate Affairs (Sr. Management Personnel) to take charge of thermal Power division of the Company.
