Univa Foods Ltd Closes Trading Window for Audited Financial Results

Univa Foods Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all insiders, designated persons, their immediate relatives, connected persons, fiduciaries, and intermediaries. This closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company's Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities. The trading window will remain closed from 1st April, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of the audited standalone financial results for the quarter and year ending 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board of Directors' meeting for the declaration of these results will be intimated in due course.
