Bhagwati Autocast Ltd Appoints Mr. Prem Shankar Choudhary as Whole Time Company Secretary & Compliance Officer

Bhagwati Autocast Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Prem Shankar Choudhary as Whole Time Company Secretary & Compliance Officer at its board meeting held on 3rd April, 2026. Mr. Choudhary, an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with over 10 years of experience in corporate law, due diligence, corporate restructuring, SEBI and RBI regulations, and corporate advisory services, will take up his role with effect from 3rd April, 2026. This appointment is in accordance with the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 6 (1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
