Amber Acquires Remaining 50% Stake in Amber Resojet for ₹1.74 Cr

Amber Enterprises India Limited has acquired the remaining 50% equity stake in Amber Resojet Private Limited on April 10, 2026. The aggregate purchase consideration for this acquisition was ₹1,74,44,908.42. Following this transaction, Amber Resojet has ceased to be a Joint Venture and has become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Amber Enterprises India Limited. This disclosure is pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and refers to an earlier intimation dated April 3, 2026.
