Authum Investment & Infrastructure Acquires 0.67% Stake in Prataap Snacks Ltd

According to a disclosure made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, Authum Investment & Infrastructure Ltd has acquired 1,60,000 shares of Prataap Snacks Ltd. This represents 0.67% of the total voting capital of Prataap Snacks Ltd, both before and after the acquisition. The acquired shares have a face value of Rs. 5/- each and do not carry any special rights or salient features. The acquisition was made through market purchase and the total diluted share/voting capital of Prataap Snacks Ltd after the acquisition remains at Rs. 11,95,04,645 (Eleven Crore Ninety-five Lakh Four Thousand Six Hundred Forty-Five).
