REC Ltd Appoints Mohan Lal Kumawat as Executive Director (Finance-Bonds)

REC Ltd, in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, has announced the appointment of Mohan Lal Kumawat as Executive Director (Finance-Bonds) with effect from April 9, 2026. Kumawat, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), holds an MBA in Finance and has over 30 years of experience in organizational and financial planning, financial accounting, and corporate governance.
