Trilochan Singh Sahney Trust has acquired 1,108,325 shares of NRB Bearings Ltd, representing 1.14% of the total share capital, through an off-market pledge. The acquisition took place between March 27, 2026 and April 7, 2026. The trust previously held 3.90% of the shares in the nature of encumbrance, and after the acquisition, their encumbered shares now represent 5.04% of the total share capital.
