Datiware Maritime Infra Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window Until After Q1 2026 Board Meeting

Datiware Maritime Infra Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives' of the company. The trading window will remain closed from April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the Board Meeting where the approval of the audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on March 31, 2026, will be considered. The date of the Board Meeting will be intimated in due course.
