Citizen Infoline Ltd Promoters Make No New Encumbrances in FY 2025-26

Omprakash Jain, on behalf of all the promoters and members of the promoter group of Citizen Infoline Limited, has declared that they have not made any encumbrances, directly or indirectly, other than those already disclosed during the financial year 2025-26. The disclosure is made in compliance with Regulation 31 (5) of the SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011, and it is requested to be placed at the ensuing Audit Committee Meeting of the Company.
