Promoter Group of Indo Farm Equipment Ltd Acquires 1.27% Additional Shares

Indo Farm Equipment Ltd announced an increase in Promoter/Promoter Group shareholding in the company. Mr. Shubham Khadwalia and Ms. Diksha Khadwalia, who are part of the Promoter Group, acquired 1,35,203 equity shares through open market purchases on March 27, 2026 and March 30, 2026. This acquisition has increased the Promoter and Promoter Group's aggregate shareholding from 70.35% to 70.62% on a fully diluted basis.
