Dabur India Ltd. to Hold Equity Shareholders Meeting for Proposed Scheme of Amalgamation with Sesa Care Private Limited

Dabur India Limited has announced a meeting of equity shareholders to consider and approve, if thought fit, the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation between Sesa Care Private Limited and Dabur India Limited. The meeting is scheduled to be held on Saturday, May 02, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. (IST) through video conferencing. The notice of the meeting, explanatory statement, and annexures are being sent by electronic mode to the equity shareholders whose e-mail IDs are registered with the Company / Registrar & Share Transfer Agent or the Depository Participants. For those equity shareholders whose e-mail IDs are not registered, a physical letter containing a weblink and QR code is being dispatched through speed post/courier.
