S&S Power Switchgear Fined Rs.3,28,040 Each by BSE and NSE for Non-Compliance with Regulation 19(1) & (2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015

S&S Power Switchgear Ltd. has been fined Rs.3,28,040 each by BSE and NSE for non-compliance with Regulation 19(1) and (2) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The non-compliance pertains to the composition of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The Company submitted a waiver application to BSE Limited, which was rejected. The Company has confirmed that the composition of the nomination and remuneration committee is in compliance with the Regulations as on date and continues to remain compliant. The fine has been paid to BSE Limited on 09th April 2026. There is no material impact on financials, operations or other activities of the Company.
