Trading Window Closure for Sunsky Logistics Insiders for FY 2025-2026

Sunsky Logistics Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the insiders of the company for the quarter and year ended 31.03.2026. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities. The trading window will be closed from Wednesday, April 01, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration and publication of Audited Financial Results for the half year and year ended on March 31, 2026. This decision has been made based on BSE Circular no. LIST /COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2, 2019, and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2019.
