Mrs. Punita Sharma is a qualified Company Secretary with over 10 years of experience in corporate laws, secretarial compliance, corporate governance, and regulatory matters. Mr. Suvadeep Dey is a qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial advisory. Neither of the appointees is related to any Director or Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.
