Adani Enterprises Ltd Announces Effectiveness of Composite Scheme of Arrangement

Adani Enterprises Ltd has announced the effectiveness of the Composite Scheme of Arrangement among Adani Green Technology Limited, Adani Emerging Businesses Private Limited, Adani Enterprises Limited, Adani Tradecom Limited and Adani New Industries Limited, as approved by the National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench. The Scheme has become effective from April 01, 2026, leading to the amalgamation of Adani Green Technology Limited, Adani Emerging Businesses Private Limited and Adani Tradecom Limited with Adani Enterprises Limited, and the dissolution of Adani Green Technology Limited, Adani Emerging Businesses Private Limited and Adani Tradecom Limited without being wound up. The equity shareholders of Adani Emerging Businesses Private Limited whose name appears in the Register of Members as on April 14, 2026, will be entitled for allotment of equity shares of Adani Enterprises Limited.
