Promoter & Promoter Group Acquire Shivalik Bimetal Controls Shares Through Open Market

Shivalik Bimetal Controls Limited (SBCL) announced that members of its Promoter & Promoter Group have acquired equity shares of the Company through open market purchases on 27th March, 2026 and 30th March, 2026. The total acquisition comprises 241,000 equity shares, representing approximately 0.42% of the Company’s equity share capital. The acquisitions were made by Mr. Kabir Ghumman (86,750 shares), Mr. Sumer Ghumman (86,750 shares), and Sirmaur Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. (67,500 shares). SBCL is a process and product engineering specialised business based in India, manufacturing and selling thermostatic bimetal/trimetal strips for switching components and shunt resistors for use in various applications. The Company's unique business model, proprietary bimetal technologies, and niche solutions have led to prominent ownership in technology and applications, serving more than 300 clients globally.
