Asston Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Sumit Pawar as Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Yashvardhan Tupe as Additional Non-Executive Director, and Mr. Sandip Sharma as Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, all effective from 30th March, 2026. The company has also approved the date for the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled on 28th April, 2026.
