Mangalam Seeds Ltd Closes Trading Window for Quarter and FY Ended 31st March 2026

Mangalam Seeds Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from 1st April 2026 for the purpose of consideration and approval of audited Financial Results for the period ended on 31st March 2026. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's code of conduct. The trading window will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited Financial Results. Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Persons, and their immediate relatives are barred from trading during this period. The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration and declaration of the audited/unaudited Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
