Ashwani Khemka Acquires 0.03% Shares in Sanjivani Paranteral Ltd via Open Market

According to a disclosure made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, Ashwani Khemka has acquired 0.03% shares in Sanjivani Paranteral Ltd. The acquisition was made through the open market on 30th March 2026. The total share capital of the company remains the same at Rs. 12,28,43,000 /- (1,22,84,300 Shares at Rs.10/- each) before and after the acquisition.
