Vasundhara Rasayans Limited Announces Closure of Trading Window

Vasundhara Rasayans Limited has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in the company's shares. The closure will be in effect from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31 March, 2026. The decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations. The intimation of closure of the trading window was submitted to BSE on 31st March, 2026.
