Virtual Global Education Ltd has announced that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Monday, 20th April, 2026 to Tuesday, 28th April, 2026, for the purpose of taking record of the shareholders for the ensuing Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held on Tuesday, April 28, 2026. The Company has also fixed Tuesday, April 21st, 2026 as the cut-off date for the purpose of remote e-voting.
