Avi Products India Ltd Appoints New Statutory Auditor M/s. SARA AND ASSOCIATES

Avi Products India Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. SARA AND ASSOCIATES, Chartered Accountants as the new Statutory Auditor of the company. The previous auditor, M/s. N K JALAN & CO, expressed their unwillingness to continue due to better professional engagements. The new auditor's appointment is subject to shareholder approval. The board also approved the notice for the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for April 27, 2026, and appointed M/s. Aparna Tripathi & Associates as the scrutinizer for the EGM e-voting process.
