Crystal Business System Ltd Closes Trading Window for Q1 and FY 2026

Crystal Business System Ltd (Formerly known as Sadhna Broadcast Limited) has announced the closure of the trading window for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026. The trading window will remain closed for all Designated Persons/Directors/KMPs/Officers and their immediate relatives from 1st April 2026 till 48 hours after the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026 become generally available to the public. The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course. Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of the trading window.
