SecUR Credentials Ltd Appoints Mr. Bhimsen Vishwanath Pawar as Whole Time Director and JPMD & Associates as Statutory Auditors

SecUR Credentials Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Bhimsen Vishwanath Pawar as a Whole Time Director for a period of five years and JPMD & Associates as Statutory Auditors. The appointments were approved in the 234th Annual General Meeting held on April 03, 2026. Mr. Pawar, who has a rich experience in the relevant field of the business, will be liable to retire by rotation. JPMD & Associates, a partnership firm of rich experienced qualified chartered accountants, will conduct the statutory audit from the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2025 till 31st March, 2029.
