Anirit Ventures Ltd Closes Trading Window under SEBI Regulations until 48 hours after Q4 and Year Ended 31st March, 2026 Financial Results

Anirit Ventures Ltd (formerly Flora Textiles Limited) has announced the closure of the trading window for all Directors/ Officers/ Designated Persons/ Connected Persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders ('Code'). The trading window will remain closed from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and declaration of the said Financial Results and other matters will be intimated in due course.
