Mantra Capital Ltd Allots Equity Shares and Warrants Worth Rs. 18.15 Crores in Preferential Issue

Mantra Capital Ltd. has allotted 38,25,000 equity shares and 45,00,000 warrants, exercisable into equity shares, to identified persons for a total consideration of Rs. 18,15,00,000 (Rupees eighteen crore fifteen lakh). The allotment was made pursuant to a preferential issue on a private placement basis, approved by the Board of Directors and shareholders. The equity shares were allotted to six offerees, while the warrants were allotted to the promoter and Managing Director, Ms. Deepa Kishor Tracy.
