CCI Grants Approval for Lemon Tree Hotels' Acquisition of Fleur Hotels Shares

Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd. has announced that the Competition Commission of India (CCI) has granted its approval for the acquisition of certain equity shares of Fleur Hotels Limited by Coastal Cedar Investments BV. The approval also covers the internal restructuring of the Company group through amalgamation and demerger. The detailed order from the CCI is still awaited. This approval is a significant milestone towards the completion of the proposed transactions as previously disclosed.
