Mahalaxmi Rubtech Ltd Appoints Mrs. Renukaben Patel as Independent Director and Re-appoints Mr. Balveermal Kewalmal Singhvi

Mahalaxmi Rubtech Ltd has announced the appointment of Mrs. Renukaben Patel as an Additional Director in the category of Independent Director for a period of one year, subject to the approval of the Company’s shareholders in the ensuing General Meeting of the Company. Mrs. Patel has confirmed that she meets the criteria of ‘independence’ as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Listing Regulations. The Company has also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Balveermal Kewalmal Singhvi as Independent Director for the Second Term of Five (5) Years, subject to the approval of the Company’s shareholders in the ensuing General Meeting of the Company. Mr. Singhvi has also confirmed that he meets the criteria of ‘independence’ as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Listing Regulations. The Board of Directors has also passed the resolution to reconstitute the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee & Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Board.
