Mangalam Industrial Finance: Promoter pledges 1.5 Cr shares (1.05%)

Mangalam Industrial Finance Ltd has disclosed that its promoter, Wardwizard Solutions India Private Limited, has created a pledge on 1,50,00,000 equity shares of the company. These shares, representing 1.05% of Mangalam Industrial Finance's total diluted share capital, have been pledged in favour of Blacksoil Capital Private Limited. The pledge was created on April 7, 2026. This disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. Before this transaction, Wardwizard Solutions India Private Limited held 1.08% voting rights, and its PAC, Mr. Yatin Sanjay Gupte, held 5.98%. The total encumbered shares by the promoter group after this pledge amount to 100,000,000 shares.
