Ricon Commodities Pvt Ltd Creates Pledge of 33,50,000 Equity Shares of V2 Retail Limited

On March 31, 2026, Ricon Commodities Pvt Ltd, a part of the promoter group of V2 Retail Ltd, created a pledge of 33,50,000 equity shares of V2 Retail Limited. This disclosure was made in accordance with Regulation 31(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The pledge was created in favor of Infina Finance (P) Ltd. Post the creation of the pledge, Ricon Commodities Pvt Ltd holds 0.91% of the total share capital of V2 Retail Limited.
