Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, scheduled on 06/04/2026, was adjourned to enable further deliberations and consideration of additional information in relation to the proposed preferential allotment. The meeting was initially convened and held on Saturday, April 4th, 2026, where the Board decided to adjourn the meeting. The adjourned meeting will now be held on Monday, 6th April, 2026, to consider and evaluate the proposal for issuance of equity shares on a preferential basis, subject to receipt of requisite statutory, regulatory and other approvals. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives remains closed and shall reopen 48 hours after the outcome of the adjourned Board Meeting is made public.
