Gujarat Gas Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure

Gujarat Gas Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure will begin on Wednesday, 1st April, 2026. The trading window will reopen upon the expiry of 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ending on 31st March, 2026 by the Board of Directors in its Meeting. The date of the Board Meeting will be communicated in due course.
