Choice International Ltd Appoints Mrs. Barnali Mukherjee as Additional (Non-Executive) Independent Director

Choice International Ltd has appointed Mrs. Barnali Mukherjee as an Additional (Non-Executive) Independent Director, following the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mrs. Mukherjee will hold office till the approval of the Members of the Company in the next three months period and will be appointed as a regular Non - Executive Independent Director for five consecutive years, subject to the approval of members. Mrs. Mukherjee has over 30 years of experience in finance and regulatory matters related to the securities market, having worked with SEBI from 1994 to 2024. She retired as a Chief General Manager and has since been serving as a Public Interest Director at India International Clearing Corporation (IFSC) Limited.
