Raconteur Global Resources Ltd Acquires Ecomatix Solution Pvt Ltd, Increasing Voting Rights by 34.89%

Raconteur Global Resources Ltd has disclosed under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, the acquisition of Ecomatix Solution Pvt Ltd. Before the acquisition, Raconteur Global Resources Ltd held 1.17% of the total diluted share/voting capital of the target company. Post-acquisition, their holding has increased to 34.89%. The acquisition took place through preferential allotment on 18th March 2026. The total voting capital of the target company has increased from Rs. 5,21,35,610 to Rs. 10,77,78,440 after the acquisition.
