RMC Switchgears Limited Pledges 51% Holding in Subsidiary Intelligent Hydel Solutions Private Limited for ₹1,35,91,500 Loan

RMC Switchgears Limited, in compliance with SEBI LODR regulations, has approved the execution of a Loan Cum Share Pledge Agreement with Saatvik Cleantech EPC Private Limited. The purpose of this agreement is to secure a ₹1,35,91,500 loan by pledging 51% shareholding in its subsidiary, Intelligent Hydel Solutions Private Limited (IHSPL). This pledge is a continuing security and will remain in force until a full discharge of the debt is certified in writing by the Pledgee. IHSPL is a subsidiary of RMC Switchgears Limited, while Saatvik Cleantech EPC Private Limited holds 49% shareholding in IHSPL.
