According to the Regulation 29(1) of SEBI SAST Regulations 2011, Hittco Tools Limited disclosed a change in shareholding of Mr. Yash Vardhan Bhandari. Mr. Bhandari has acquired 295,000 shares, which amounts to 4.33% of the total voting rights in the company. This acquisition increases his total holding to 6.26% along with Persons Acting in Concert (PACs). The total equity share capital of the company after the acquisition is 6,48,10,470 SHARE CAPITAL.
