Aurobindo Pharma to Complete 26% Stake Acquisition in Swarnaakshu Solar Power by June 2026

Aurobindo Pharma Ltd. has updated the timeline for its investment in Swarnaakshu Solar Power Private Limited. The company initially planned to enter into a captive solar power purchase agreement and acquire a 26% stake in Swarnaakshu by March 31, 2026. However, due to pending state government approval for setting up a captive solar power plant, the required investment for the 26% stake acquisition will now be completed on or before June 30, 2026, subject to approval from the concerned state government.
