Asian Warehousing Ltd Promoter Rekha Rashmi Bhimjyani Acquires 4,99,000 Shares from Bhavik Bhimjyani via Gift

Asian Warehousing Ltd has received a disclosure under Regulation 10(7) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 from Mrs. Rekha Rashmi Bhimjyani, Promoter of the Company. Mrs. Bhimjyani has acquired 4,99,000 equity shares of Asian Warehousing Limited from Mr. Bhavik Bhimjyani, a Promoter of the Company, through an inter-se transfer executed by way of gift through an off-market transaction on March 06, 2026. The transaction, being an inter-se transfer of shares amongst promoters, falls within the exemption provided under Regulation 10(1)(a)(i) of the SEBI (SAST) Regulations. The aggregate shareholding of promoter and promoter group before and after the aforementioned inter-se transfer remains the same. The respective intimations and reports under Regulation 10(5), 10(6), 29(2) of the SEBI (SAST) Regulations has been filed with the BSE Limited on December 02, 2025, and March 09, 2026, respectively. The applicable fees of Rs. 1,77,005.90/- has been remitted to SEBI vide UTR No. YESB60865156736 on March 27, 2026.
