Seshasayee Paper & Boards Ltd has disclosed the acquisition of 5,461 equity shares of High Energy Batteries India Ltd, constituting 0.061% of the company's capital. The acquisition was made on March 30, 2026, through Open Market Purchases at Rs. 514.39 per share. The total equity share capital of High Energy Batteries India Ltd before the said acquisition was 8,963,840 shares with a face value of Rs. 2/- each. Post-acquisition, the total equity share capital of High Energy Batteries India Ltd was also 8,963,840 shares with a face value of Rs. 2/- each.
