Aelea Commodities Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for Financial Year 2025-2026

Aelea Commodities Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons, including their immediate relatives, from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement of Unaudited/Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ending on 31st March, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct. The company has also complied with the SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated July 19, 2023, regarding Trading Window closure period under Clause 4 of Schedule B read with Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (“PIT Regulations”) - Framework for restricting trading by Designated Persons (“DPs”) by freezing PAN at security level.
