Jolly Plastic Industries Approves Preferential Allotment of 1.77 Crore Shares to Bhaum Digital Ventures

Jolly Plastic Industries Ltd. has approved the allotment of 1,77,00,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to Bhaum Digital Ventures Private Limited on a preferential basis. The allotment is for consideration other than cash via swap of shares pursuant to a share purchase agreement dated 21st January 2026. The Board of Directors approved this allotment in a meeting held on 3rd April 2026. The total consideration for the allotment is 17,70,00,000.
