IndusInd Bank Yet to Receive Summons from SFIO in Accounting Probe

IndusInd Bank Ltd has clarified that it has not received any communication from the Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO) regarding the summoning of employees, as stated in a recent news item. The bank had previously disclosed that matters relating to accounting of internal derivative trades, certain unsubstantiated balances, and micro finance interest income/fee income were reported to the SFIO in June 2025. The SFIO had initiated an investigation and sought relevant information. The bank remains conscious of its disclosure obligations and will continue to comply with them.
