Accel Limited Proposes Incorporation of Wholly Owned Subsidiary: INFINIUUM TECHPARKS PRIVATE LIMITED

Accel Limited has announced its plan to incorporate a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) named INFINIUUM TECHPARKS PRIVATE LIMITED. The new company will be engaged in the business of development of technology parks, cyber parks and real estate activities. The decision was made at the Board of Directors meeting held on March 31, 2026. The WOS will be a 100% subsidiary of Accel Limited, with the initial paid-up share capital of ₹ 1,00,00,000 i.e. 10,00,000 equity shares of face value of ₹ 10/- each at par value.
