Narayana Hrudayalaya Ltd Clarifies on News Articles Regarding Hospital Functioning and Future Plan

Narayana Hrudayalaya Ltd has provided a clarification on certain news reports and articles published in mainstream media. The company had previously disclosed under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, the execution of an agreement between its wholly owned subsidiary, Narayana Vaishno Devi Specialty Hospitals Private Limited (NVDSHPL) and Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Charitable Society. NVDSHPL has now executed a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) with Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Charitable Society to give effect to the previously announced transition of the Hospital to the Society. This transition will take effect from April 1, 2026, while NVDSHPL shall provide only supervisory oversight role up to 2033. The company clarifies that the reference in the media reports pertains to the implementation of an arrangement that has already been disclosed and does not constitute a new material event.
