Poonawalla Fincorp Ltd to Approve Q4 and FY 2025-26 Financial Results on May 5, 2026; Trading Window Closed for Designated Persons

Poonawalla Fincorp Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on May 5, 2026, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026, and the audited annual financial statements for the financial year ending March 31, 2026. The company will also recommend a dividend, if any, for the financial year 2025-26. In accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window of the Company will be closed for dealing in securities of the Company for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from April 1, 2026, till May 7, 2026.
