Bartronics India Ltd Invests INR 1 Crore in Shree Naganarasimha Private Limited for 20.48% Stake

Bartronics India Ltd has made an equity investment of INR 1,00,00,000/- (Indian Rupees One Crore Only) in Shree Naganarasimha Private Limited (SNN), a Private company incorporated on 24 Dec 2022. The investment will get Bartronics 20.48% of the paid-up equity share capital of SNN, which is engaged in the business of processing, producing, mixing, packing, preserving, freezing, extracting, refining, manufacturing, importing, exporting, buying, selling, trading and dealing in various food products and beverages. The transaction is a related party transaction, with the remaining tranches to be completed in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the Shareholders’ Agreement. The Target Entity had a turnover of Rs. 1.39 Cr, Rs. 4.94 cr, and Rs. 11.48 cr in the years ending 31st March 2023, 2024, and 2025 respectively.
