
Indian Oil Corporation Achieves Highest-Ever Operational Performance in 2025-26
Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL) has reported provisional operational performance highlights for the year 2025-26. The refineries achieved a record crude throughput of 75.4 MMT with an operational reliability of 99.5%. The pipeline throughput also reached a peak of 105.3 MMT. The company reported the highest-ever consolidated sales volume of 104.4 MMT of petroleum products, a growth of approximately 4% over the previous year. IOCL commissioned a record 909 retail outlets, leading to positive market share across 9 of the top 10 National Highways. The lubes business achieved record sales of 855 TMT, reflecting a growth of ~15% against industry growth of ~4%. The petrochemicals reported the highest-ever sales of 3.22 MMT and production of 3.4 MMT. The gas business recorded RLNG sales of approximately 5.60 MMT (excluding internal consumption).
