Promoter Pankaj Pruthu Desai Acquires 31.04% Stake in Desco Infratech Ltd. Through Gift from Indiraben Pruthu Desai

Pankaj Pruthu Desai, a promoter of Desco Infratech Ltd., has acquired 31.04% voting rights in the company. The acquisition was made through a gift of 23,82,354 equity shares from Indiraben Pruthu Desai, also a promoter, on 07.04.2026. This transfer is an inter-se promoter transfer between immediate relatives. The transaction does not require an open offer as it is exempted under Regulation 10(1)(a)(i) of SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011. The disclosure was made to the stock exchange on 14.11.2025.
