Supha Pharmachem: Non-Cooperation by Directors and Postponement of Board Meeting under CIRP
Supha Pharmachem Ltd, formerly known as Remedium Lifecare Limited, is currently under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) as per the order of Hon’ble NCLT, Mumbai Bench. The Board of Directors' powers stand suspended under Section 17(1)(b) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) has been following up with the directors (powers suspended) to take control of the company and its subsidiary records and information. However, the directors have not been cooperating, not coming for meetings, and have failed to hand over control, records, and requisite information. This has led to the postponement of the Board Meeting scheduled on 30.03.2026 to consider unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31.12.2025. The IRP is taking necessary steps to seek cooperation from the suspended directors and complete pending non-compliances in accordance with the Code and SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
