Indraprastha Gas Ltd Announces New Chairman: Subhankar Sen

Indraprastha Gas Ltd (IGL) has announced a change in its chairman. Shri Subhankar Sen, Director (Marketing) at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL), has been appointed as the new Chairman of IGL, effective April 1, 2026. Shri Raj Kumar Dubey, the current Chairman, will cease to hold the position due to his superannuation from BPCL. The change is in line with the Articles of Association of the Company, which states that GAIL and BPCL, the promoter companies of IGL, nominate the Chairman on a rotational basis for a term of two years.
